I want to know now why my Sales Qualification Process is probably losing me money. This probably affects my personal results.

I feel sick when I realise that the size of my pay-packet is in the mouths of inconsistent salespeople who deceive me and hide behind excuses like the economy, competition and marketing weaknesses. These excuses just don't cut it with me.

Please explain how I can help them improve their Effective Qualification or cold call more effectively. Today, I don't know what I can do to improve my revenue and profit performance. Can you help me?

Now, I'm open to the possibility that I may be able to make changes in how we sell, what we no longer accept from our prospects and what we no longer accept from our salespeople.

Tell me when I can attend an executive briefing in London to discover what my people are doing to me to hide behind excuses and what my prospects are doing to avoid committing to by from me and my company.
