Up until recently I used to waste most of my time on writing long proposals and chasing prospects. I calculated that for each proposal I would spend around £2,000 in meetings, travelling and time writing proposals and presentations.

I can say that it was the most unsettling day, completely 180 degrees from my 20 years of IBM Sales Training. What? You don't power dress and go in like you own the place?
